Cody Grammer
Cody Grammer is the Owner and Operator of Currahee Baseball Training and Development, a premier indoor training facility located in Battle Creek, Michigan. He serves as the Head Coach of the Wow Factor Michigan 14u Scout team and the Manager for the Wow Factor North 14u National team.
With a strong background in leadership and organization, Cody has built a trusted network of experienced coaches and former players who share his passion for player development. Together, they are committed to building highly competitive teams that consistently compete with top programs across Michigan and the Midwest.
As the Co-Director, Cody will continue to focus on bringing high-quality baseball and elite-level development to the west side of the state. His philosophy centers on quality over quantity—prioritizing serious, dedicated athletes who are committed to long-term growth. Cody and his staff strive to challenge their players by competing against the best competition available while creating meaningful opportunities for athletes to develop, gain exposure, and continue advancing within Wow Factor.
Trent Heil
Trent Heil is an experienced baseball coach with over 20 years of developing athletes from the youth level through high school, bringing a deep understanding of player development, leadership, and the game itself.
Currently serves as Head Coach for WOW Factor North National 2030 and Manager for WOW Factor Michigan Scout 2030, working with elite talent and helping guide players through the recruiting and development process. Known for building competitive, disciplined teams while fostering a positive environment for growth on and off the field.
Holds a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration and is a Certified Athletic Administrator through the NIAAA, demonstrating a strong commitment to education-based athletics and program leadership.
In addition to coaching, Heil has had multiple state level directing roles in tournament organization and operations, MiLB and collegiate umpire experience, and served as Umpire in Chief for multiple tournament organizations.
