With over 32 years of experience as a head coach and pitching instructor, Jim Kosmerick continues to provide players with a robust process for development.

In his past, he coached at several colleges, taking on roles such as graduate assistant, pitching coach and director of baseball operations. But his real passion has been as a head coach for several travel baseball organizations over the past three decades. Teams like Ferrari Civis, Detroit Metro Tigers and Michigan Braves are a few of his past travel organization.

Since 1993, Coach Kosmerick has developed more than 100 college baseball players, including elite athletes who have moved on to minor league baseball, with a few even reaching the Major Leagues.

His coaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals, with emphasis on commanding the zone on the mound, discipline at the plate, bringing chaos on the base paths, and making the routine the norm in the field. And he is very happy to continue to provide his development process to the Wow Factor Michigan family.
